Direct Hire
All
our fees are based upon the candidates first year salary potential. This
includes all merit raises, perks, bonus and any other salary increase
adjustments for the first year. All interviews held are free of cost. There
is no obligation to hire any of our candidates. However, all candidates
interviewed remain under finders fee rights for a period of one-year from
the date of their interview.

Temp-to-Hire
This program allows a
company to automatically transfer the employee to their payroll after a
period of time, call us to find out more. This would occur only if it is acceptable to both
the employee and the employer at the time of transfer. If at any time during
the program, the company feels that an employee is not working out, the
employee will be replaced and the current accumulated hours will be credited
to the new employee's time.
Buyouts
Any, A JOB FOR YOU, INC., Temporary to hire
employee, may be hired on a full time-regular prior to the end of the
program. A pro-rated fee would apply.
